1. Exude Confidence. 

- From the moment you walk through the door to speak, be completely confident and be in command of the situation. 

- Say to yourself - "I can do it". Positive self talk boosts your confidence greatly. 

- Smile.


2. Relax. 

- Take a deep breath, relax. When you are tensed, you would struggle to find the right words to speak. 

- Don't get stressed.


3. Train Yourself To Speak Without Preparation.
